Our Massage Therapists

Kayleen Glass

Kayleen is a Remedial Massage Therapist with 15 years of experience. She is also undergoing a Bachelor of Osteopathy so her knowledge and realm of techniques for any part of the body or ailment is far reaching. She understands that there are multiple systems in the body and this interconnected network can have a physical, chemical and emotional effect on the body, how it functions and therefore how we live and cope on a day to day basis.

Kayleen believes that everyone’s situation and ailments are unique to them as an individual and therefore tailors her treatment to that person based on the consultation, clients preferences, and treatment responses. During treatment, Kayleen primarily utilises a variety of modalities and techniques including, but limited to, generalised massage techniques, trigger point therapy, Muscle energy technique (MET), myofascial release (MFR), and positional release (PNF).

Kayleen knows that everyone can benefit from massage care so creates a welcoming environment for all to feel relaxed and cared for, including those with high anxiety, neurodivergence, or new to massage therapy.

In her spare time, Kayleen is busy chasing after her energetic 2-year-old boy and continuing her professional education studying a Bachelor of Osteopathy.

A word from Kayleen

“I don’t believe in the concept of ‘no pain, no gain’. From my personal and professional experience, I have found that massage treatment can be more effective when the pain is less intense and more manageable. Through years of experiences and injuries, I’ve learned to listen to my body’s cues and what to do before major pain or injury occurs. I find the human body and its capabilities fascinating, and I am passionate about helping people achieve their wellness goals and recognising what their body is telling them.”

Kayleen is a member of Massage and Myotherapy Australia.

“Having grown up with a chronic spinal condition I am no stranger to the effects that ongoing discomfort and lack of function can have on our daily living and ability to perform well.
