Our Massage Appointments Are 30 – 60 minutes
We offer either 30 minute, 45 minute, or 60 minute massage appointments. The length of your advised appointment may vary depending on the condition or complaint being treated. At the start of each appointment, your massage therapist will conduct a short consultation and examination with you.
During this time your therapist will discuss your reason for seeking care and what your specific needs are. They will also conduct an examination that may include some range of motion, orthopeadic or neurological tests. By doing so the therapist can understand exactly what your condition is and tailor the treatment to your specific needs before beginning care.
At the end of the session the therapist may provide you with some home care this may be in the form of stretching, ergonomic or rehabilitation advice.

Toxins need 48 hours to leave the system, so for the following few days you may be slightly tender
Combining Treatments
It may be recommended by the Chiropractor or the massage therapist to combine your massage and chiropractic treatments. Musculoskeletal complaints are always multifaceted and commonly involve dysfunction with the muscles and joints. By treating the body in a multifaceted way by combining your massage and chiropractic appointment we can often obtain better overall results. Your chiropractor or massage therapist may suggest to combine the two therapies on the same day as we find that combined treatments can be more pleasurable and yield better outcomes. With other individuals we find that booking alternate sessions on different days is more effective. Whatever your needs we will work with you to find the best regime for you.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that life is unpredictable and you may not always be able to make your scheduled appointment. If you can not make your appointment please contact our reception at your earliest convenience to arrange another time. You may also leave a voicemail or email regarding any changes to your appointment.
Please note a 24 hour cancellation policy does apply. Missed or cancelled appointments with less than 24 hours notice will incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled appointment.
