Carla is a qualified Remedial massage therapist with a Diploma through Evolve College and has done further studies in Pregnancy massage, Lymphatic drainage massage, Hot stone massage, Deep tissue techniques and Myofascial cupping via Q Academy. Carla has spent many years within the massage and beauty industry and has been performing massages since 2005. However, she found that her passion lay solely in massage and therefore chose to pursue this as her dedicated career path. Carla has continued to upskill throughout her career and this solid knowledge and skill base allows Carla to utilise a variety of techniques so that she can offer the best care to her clients. She will often use a combination of techniques in her massage sessions from relaxation, deep tissue and trigger point release work to cupping and lymphatic drainage.
In her spare time Carla enjoys reading, going to the beach and spending time with family and friends.
“I have always been fascinated with the body and how it works. I love that massage has a unique way of helping us from simply reducing our daily stresses and strains to assisting us achieve our personal best in life or a specific discipline. We can all experience issues within the body from time to time, including myself and receiving a great massage can reduce stress levels and help our bodies feel the best it can be. I love to meet the needs of the client and therefore incorporate a variety of styles, techniques and pressure into sessions dependent on each persons preferences.’

Emma graduated with a diploma of remedial massage therapist from Q Academy in 2021.
Emma achieved the principal award for her cohort.
Emma enjoys using a variety of massage and muscle techniques from remedial, sports, effleurage, petrissage, cupping and dry needling to achieve the most effective outcomes for her clients. She is experienced and comfortable treating a variety of conditions and individuals from those with sporting injuries to our pregnant mothers.
Emma is also a qualified chiropractor so treatments can be tailored to include both therapies if desired.
“Having grown up with a chronic spinal condition I am no stranger to the effects that ongoing discomfort and lack of function can have on our daily living and ability to perform well. Because of this I have been shown the importance of taking care of and regularly investing in your body. I do this through chiropractic care, massage therapy, regular exercise and focussing on living a healthy lifestyle.”
